Field preparation, dip and pack, taxidermy options, export documentation, costs and timeframes.

Congratulations on your successful African safari. At Across Africa Tours & Safaris, we understand that your trophies represent a lifetime of memories and achievements. We take great care to ensure that your trophies are professionally prepared and processed for export.
Immediately after harvesting an animal, our experienced staff will carefully skin, salt, and prepare your trophies according to international export standards. Every effort is made to ensure that your trophies are properly cared for from the field to the taxidermy facility.
Most international hunters choose the "Dip & Pack" option, where hides, skulls, horns, and capes are professionally treated, cleaned, and prepared for export to your home country.
Clients may choose to have their trophies mounted in Africa or shipped to a taxidermist in their home country.
Available options include:
We work with reputable taxidermists and will gladly assist you in selecting the option that best suits your needs.
