Please have these terms reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publishing the website live.

Booking Deposit

A deposit equal to 20% of the safari is required to secure and confirm a booking. A further 30% is payable six months before the safari, with the remaining balance payable on the last date of the safari. Upon receipt of the deposit, requested dates will be reserved and confirmed in writing.

  • Cancellations more than 120 days before commencement may qualify for a refund of the deposit less a 50% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations within 120 days of commencement will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
  • Safari dates may be rescheduled within the same calendar year subject to availability and approval.
  • No refunds are issued for late arrivals, unused hunting days, early departures, missed flights or unused portions of the safari.

Trophy Fees and Payments

Trophy fees are payable for all animals harvested, wounded and lost, or otherwise deemed recoverable by the Professional Hunter. All safari accounts must be settled in full before departure.

Hunting Regulations

  • Hunting may only take place in the presence of a licensed Professional Hunter.
  • Clients must comply with all applicable hunting laws and regulations.
  • Clients are responsible for valid firearm permits, visas, passports and travel documentation.
  • Unsafe firearm handling may result in immediate termination of the safari without refund.

Sunday Rest Day Policy

Across Africa Tours & Safaris recognises Sunday as a rest day for guests and staff. No daily rates or hunting fees are charged for Sundays during the safari. Hunting on a Sunday may only take place by prior written agreement and where local laws and concession rules permit.
