Important risk and insurance notice
While every reasonable precaution is taken, participation in any safari, hunting expedition, tour, transfer, accommodation stay, excursion or related activity is undertaken entirely at the client's own risk.
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, medical insurance, emergency evacuation insurance, trip cancellation insurance, firearm insurance and baggage insurance before travel.
Across Africa Tours & Safaris may recommend or arrange services provided by third parties, including airlines, accommodation providers, transport companies, taxidermists, shipping agents and tourism operators. Such recommendations are made in good faith, but the company accepts no responsibility for third-party acts, omissions or delays.
All clients, hunters, observers and guests may be required to sign a Liability Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before the safari or activity commences. By participating, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wildlife, firearms, remote locations, road transportation, air travel and outdoor activities.
